Yes, it is compatible with HomeBase 3. This setup provides expandalble local storage, enhanced AI functionality, cross-device features, and more, all with no monthly fees.

Why doesn't the doorbell have the video call feature when connected to HomeBase 3?

The Video Call feature is part of a new software experience currently only supported for solo use. HomeBase 3 compatibility with Video Call is expected to be available in late November.

Why is my doorbell not working properly after binding

Ensure you have the latest app (version 4.9.3 or above) and check if the doorbell has received the latest software update. Video Doortpell C31 is a new product and using the latest app version is necessary for optimal performarnce.

Will Video Doorbell C31 support pre-record and 24/7 recording? Will my existing chime still work?

Yes, Video Doorbell C31 supports the pre-record and 24/7 recording functions when powered by a 16-24V, 30VA transformer. However, to enable these features, your existing chime will need to be bypassed.
