Extreme Networks® compatible 40GBASE-LR4 QSFP+ optical transceiver provides link speeds of 40G to meet your high-speed networking needs. The LC UPC connector type guarantees optimal signal quality and seamless transmission over a distance of up to 10km over Single-Mode fiber. The signal is multiplexed and demultiplexed within the transceiver and is transmitted over 4 wavelengths, from 1270nm to 1330nm.

Ideal for high-performance computing and long-distance applications such as connectivity between data centers. Features built-in DDM (Digital Diagnostic Monitoring) and is fully compliant to the IEEE 802.3ba standard.
