Breast pump suction is limited to 40 kPa by international standards to protect breasts and capillaries, so the suction may feel soft. If you're using a new pump, check it's working properly and you've set the right mode for optimal performance.
E20 offers 3 heat levels. Make sure the heating pins are fully extended, the pump hub is secured, and there's no gap between the hub and diaphragm. Press the heat button. A solid orange light means heating is on. If it flashes, repeat the steps.
