How do I add my SmartTrack device to Apple's Find My app??

Press and hold the button on SmartTrack for 3 seconds until you hear a tone. Open the Find My app, then tap Items > + > Add Other Item. The Find Myapp will locate your Smart Track device. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Does SmartTrack have GPS?

No, it does not have GPS. Smart Track connects to devices via Bluetooth and reports its location through Apple's Find My network.

Can I use the SmartTrack Card if I am an Android user?

No, SmartTrack Card is not compatible with Android devices.

Is wireless charging available for Smart Track?
