Cleaning Frequency: For heavy debris or pet hair, select the target area and schedule a double clean via the app. Carpet Cleaning: On first use, go to Edit Map > Carpet Edit in the app to mark carpeted areas for improved cleaning. Use Additional Tools: Use the cordless stick vacuum with the dusting/crevice or 2-in-1 combination tool to clean wall edges, corners, and sofas. Use the floor brush head tool to clean under furniture and carpets where the robot cannot reach. Accessories Maintenance: Regularly clean and replace the robot's accessories to maintain optimal performance.

Clear the Floor: Remove objects like wires, toys, socks, and clothes to prevent the vacuum from getting stuck. Secure Carpet Edges: Fix the edges of thin carpets to avoid tangling or folding. Set No-Go Zones: Use the app to create no-go zones for furniture shorter than 120mm or carpets/mats thicker than 25mm. Clean these areas using the cordless stick vacuum with the floor brush head tool.

The 3-in-1 E20 can clean multiple floors with one Omni Station. Here's how to optimize multi-floor use: Use the Cordless Stick Vacuum: The 3-in-1 E20 is detachable. To clean another floor, remove the cordless stick vacuum and attach the floor brush head. Move the Robot: Move the robot to the new floor, create a map via the app, and press Clean to begin. This improves cleaning efficiency. Note on Positioning: Since the base station remains on the original floor, the robot may display a positioning error or report it can't find the base station. This is normal. To streamline multi-floor use, consider purchasing an additional base station from eufy.
