# VOLKTEK MEN-3510 8 Ports GbE Managed Access Switch with 2 SFP Ports and Intl. AC Power

MEN-3510 is a managed 8-port, 10/100/1000 RJ45 downlink, and 2-port, FX/GbE SFP ports uplink, designed for broadband indoor office applications with basic needs in network infrastructure. The RJ45 type console port allows outbound network troubleshooting when networks go wrong. The USB port, designed to save configuration files, save system log files, and upgrade firmware, reduces network downtime and operational costs. This device is compatible with third-party devices and for scalable topologies. To keep regular internet speeds this device uses the Quality of Service (QoS) protocol to balance the use of bandwidth. It meets the requirements of triple-play broadband services along with low latency streaming - TV, internet, and phone. The management features allow safe, easy access and configuration of this device, using the web GUI and command line. It is designed to continue working during sudden power cuts with the help of an emergency battery parallel to the DC power jack input. To reduce the need for continuous maintenance, the fanless design of this switch avoids the accumulation of debris in the device, which also allows it to operate silently and hinder noise disturbances. The temperature operation of 0°C~50°C (32°F~122°F) allows for indoor network room in-rack or cabinet storage.
